Moved into our house and it clearly hadnt been cleaned since we had the viewing seven months prior. Biggest cobwebs I've seen. Mold on the walls. Awful. They never came back for the fridge foods they'd forgot and left behind in an expensive picnic bag. I threw the food and sold the bag.

Which I totally get, and I'm not trying to be difficult, but it really shouldn't take 12 months to hire (if they don't use existing school staff) and train people to serve some toast and cereal... Surely?
