I am so confused: what is the actual purpose of accepting a Nobel peace medal as a gift from the actual winner when you yourself haven't yet won it? A medal is just a medal and is meaningless if you haven't won it yourself.

Does anyone actually enjoy playing sports games these days? I used to love playing Fifa, Madden, NBA etc.... but the thought of playing these games actually drives me to sleep these days.

The only sports games I can get myself motivated to play are wrestling games or F1.

Positive news: My wife's hometown- Shijiazhuang will get a high speed rail connection to Shanghai from January 26th this month, so that will cut our travel time down by 1 hour 30 minutes for the Chinese new year🧧

Not a bad day, I signed a new and improved 2 year contract extension at Shanghai WFLA. Also one of my students got accepted into Oxford University and another one of my students got accepted into LSE but is just waiting for a decision from Cambridge now.
