If anyone is in Hawai'i later this month. Will try to give my own take on the constantly evolving situation in Korea and what it might mean for a future pro-democratic administration based on past lessons. Looking forward to seeing colleagues and getting out of the Manchester weather.

I admit I was surprised as most people about today. But the writing was on the wall, as we explore here. I have to confess that I wasn't listening close enough. The type of wild anti-communist rhetoric that depicts even some free market types as 'commies' is tiring and routine. 1/
