One of the sourdough royalty (in my opinion) is Maurizio Leo and he does all his baking at close to 2000 m alt so most of his baking info should apply! Looks great!

Can confirm, mayo is a fantastic grilling substance! 👌When in the field we forgot butter but used mayo to grill all our veggies.

I second the magnum bikes. ive had mine (the Forever model) for a year now and have been very happy! I dont really have a higher price ebike to compare it to, however.
