Return policy is pretty good. I've been a member for 15 years or so and haven't had any problems when I've returned anything.

Customer service overall is great.

Costco was the one place I went to this morning. My teen wants a new computer for his birthday/Christmas and picked one that was in their flyer. I got there right at opening and it wasn't bad at all. There was a line at the door, but it was less crazy overall than a normal weekend.
