Saw my first ever IMAX presentation today, a short documentary about the planet Mars. It was very cool!

Usually when I'm writing in a particular genre I try to watch and read other works within that genre but spending some time rewatching the excellent Modern Family is doing wonders for shaking the old writing gears

I haven't caught all of the #Oscars nominees this year, but I did enjoy #Anora so I was glad to see it take home so many, as well as Best Actress for Mikey Madison. That one did surprise me as I thought Demi Moore might have that one in the bag, but Madison definitely deserved it too.

Obvious element aside, this is a great film.

Watched the wonderful #Anora tonight. Really enjoyed it, definitely recommended.

Omg. Very happy with my Christmas presents this year. Been wanting to play #ResidentEvil for a long time.

I had a pretty good birthday yesterday, for the first time in as long as I can remember I actually took a day off; no work, no writing. Just played some videogames, watched some TV and did a bit of reading. It was nice!

Over a year since release and Herald Of Darkness from #AlanWake2 is still the best thing to happen in gaming for like, I dunno, 20 years?
