This is deliberately written to inflame!
By using the ratio of incidence in the general population to sex tested Olympic competitors they get a HUGE ratio!
Both are tiny numbers.
In Olympic athletes it is about 1 in 421. The general population is NOT sex tested unless there are fertility issues!

Last time they found that 1 in 421 women competitors were XY most of them had no idea, and needed counselling, and almost all of them were allowed to progress to the female competitions because it offered no advantage! 🙄

The Olympics gave up chromosome testing because it didn't work! Attached is the results of chromosome testing at the Olympics. They found that 1 in 420 women from birth had XY chromosomes. They didn't know and needed counselling. Most went on to compete as female as it conferred no advantage!
