The fact is we have a lot of educated engineers of all kinds. God knows Elmo fired a slew of them. He just doesn't want to pay them what they are worth and he just wants to work them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They know their worth. H-B1 workers will work for peanuts and all the hours he wants.
