As awful as it sounds, my mantra is "don't let him feel it too." Yes, feelings are valid, but children don't need to bare the weight adult issues, so I keep them to myself until after bedtime. This app and Threads are helping a LOT because I can vent without him hearing me. 🖤 Best of luck.
