My TSH was 7.9, raised, but below the range where thyroxine is recommended. T3/t4 were normal. Comparison pic: me four hours after the first pic, after having taken a dose of prednisone

I was an atypical presentation. I was unhappy with my previous doctor (his diagnosis when I complained of fatigue was that I was fat, in spite of a raised TSH), went to a new doctor with a face like this. Coupled with some abnormal UECs, she referred me to hospital
