It is unprecedented that party leaders would refuse to endorse the person who won their party’s primary in the absence of scandal. It’s not bending the knee. It’s what the decision represents. He’s more invested in maintaining the status quo than what is constituents say they want.

It actually kind of does matter. What doesn’t matter is that you haven’t seen it. A screening of Hamilton in a theater is marketed towards existing fans. It’s not a typical movie environment. Expecting it to be for your sake kind of makes you the entitled one.

Maybe unpopular opinion but I feel like it’s been 10 years. It’s been on tour as a play. It’s on Disney+ for like three years. Most people going to the movies to see it love it already. This is like thinking people are going to be quiet in a screening of Grease or Rocky Horror Picture Show.
