Just setting off for Ho Chi Minh City to start my solo 16 day motorbike ride from the south to the north of Vietmam to raise funds for @babylifeline & remember Joshua on his 17th birthday.

Some positive news (for once) with today's MBBRACE report showing that UK perinatal mortality rates fell in 2023. So much more to do, but the progress since 2013 shows that national efforts to prevent tragedies like Joshua's death - haven't been in vain. 🙏
