If I'm going to make a HD texture pack, I'm not going to use AI, I'm going to go through the hell of manually photoshopping everything.
Not everyone realizes that a lot of the old low poly games share a lot of texture libraries, and these are far higher in resolution!

I mean, for some of these games, they are more enjoyable with these changes, but it actually depends upon the game you are playing.
The easy ones are FPS games, but the hard ones are RTS and generally GUI-intensive titles

While neat, it's honestly better to manually smooth those pixels from x2 with NN, since you'll miss details that get messed up with RS, such as with the blade

This wouldn't even be a problem if I just remained on mint, but nooo, my steam library just had to suddenly start failing to work on mint.

For the record, I did not destroy the monitor, I caused it to burn out finally after frequent troubleshooting by disconnecting it from the desktop via the KVM switch, and reconnecting when the stream failed.
