Would’ve been tempted to apply that logic to the front row, probably for Fiji, Smith, Lake, Thomas. It’d be less difficult if we could reliably win our own ball. Griffin will be good but it’s hard work for him and everybody else when he’s literally having to learn on the job in international rugby

Especially when he doesn’t have as many miles on the clock as your average 33 yo given how much time he’s missed. Agree we need to find a way to win at any costs if nothing else to give the younger players a shred of confidence.
