I guess I was confused (deliberately?) by his directions to federal agencies, DoD, for example, that led me to believe he had banned it. I attended an excellent concert by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra on Sunday, February 9 that was programmed for BHM but did not acknowledge that.
