We're letting AI examine MRI images, transcribe legal/medical records, and determine whether insurance should pay for health care. It can't even agree with itself on a simple math problem.

#hatewindows Walked away from Windows with a CAD project open so I could load a test part into the 3D printer. When I came back Windows was updating. No warning. All programs closed. Linux let's me choose!

Browsed Tik Tok for the first time tonight after it was banned because why not? Pretty sure the kids will figure out how to use a VPN if they are determined. It's so much more fun when they tell you no! 😂

AI is getting weird AF! Google's new "Daily listen" has two AI characters reading a customized briefing well they engage in casual banter between themselves. Lots of "ums", "oh yeah" and "that's right". A new briefing is available each day based on your interests.
