Any constitutional reform needs to end 2-party system which allows this type of extremism to highjack US:
1) Direct presidential election (w/ rank choice voting)
2) Senate elections are assigned proportionally by party vote across US
3) Justices appointed every 2 years for staggered 18 years terms
