Particularly someone like MO who is great but dictates a lot of what we do and the team have got used to playing without him. Team was just getting used to VG before he dropped out and he’s taking a bit of time to get back to his physical level

As players have gradually dropped out through injury bringing others in hasn’t been too difficult but when those players come back (a good thing!) it strikes me that it’s more disruptive because it takes time for them to get up to speed physically and with how the team has played in their absence

From a numbers perspective it makes sense to me. If we only had 7 defenders I would be concerned. 8 of this quality does feel a tad over the top but only just. If we had a young LCB coming through or still had Tomi that would probably be the perfect balance rather than PH. Not gonna complain tho
