in terms of Watson we get the full amount levied. Hes an academy product and there is no sell on. For Jobe we have about 25 taking into account the initial 1.5 plus sell-on fee to Brum.

So figuring all that out, ignoring bonuses and other fees (agent fees, wages, other expenditures) on pure transfer fees alone we still haven't even used the money for Watson and Jobe. Spent 105m or so but in PSR terms it's really just 22m or so.

Not quite, the way PSR works is all profits are levied. Clubs selling players can formally declare the full fee incoming. Yet outgoing fees can be amortised. So we'll declare the full 40m for Watson and Jobe but only declare 5m for Enzo (20m ÷ 4 year deal).

I'm not sure to be honest. I think centre forward is one of those positions where when someone has an off game llike that (as long as it isn't a regular occurance) you're better off sticking with them. Like CBs or in goal. He didn't look particularly sharp but still had 3-4 major chances
