I used to have insomnia. Now I completely lack a circadian rhythm and I find it extremely difficult moderating my sleep patterns. I can't work anymore as a result. Sometimes I get four hours of sleep while at other times I get 18 hours of sleep. It's nuts. I wish you greater success.

Good name choice. Of course I have seen other pictures on the social media service that shall not be named. We must banish that evil. In the meantime I hope all is well with you and yours. Dennis and I are trying to reignite the spark for the Ark. So far we've met with limited success. Peace.
