the "trump" card is state visit and making that a nice long build up with lots of planning and fanfare along the way - harder to turn up at palace having done the dirty even for mr president (who demonstrated yesterday why he is so dam effective in winning over people - until of course....)

what a mess of a competition - maybe the top 8 should have been seeded for rest of competiton, and then top plays bottom seed with higher seed at home for second leg - and then just keep repeating - would give the 8 matches so much more meaning - something like in NFL where seeding matters

My gut feeling not that I have a clue how these things work is he signs new contract with discounted release fee to Real Madrid - gets around having to explain he wants to leave for six months and can make a better judgement once season is over

Not sure eliminating muted words / names from trending is best idea - not sure why others do it but I just don’t want to see constant mentions of certain people - I still want to know if they are trending though - occasionally it might be interesting to find out why

How many private school students move to state school anyway over the years? Going back to 90s I remember making such a move at 14 and then at sixth form loads more did exactly the same
