Beautiful day for our second day hike post Italy. We also drastically reduced alcohol consumption three weeks or so ago and we’re really enjoying sleeping better and feeling better. We dropped hard liquor altogether and only have a single 5oz glass of wine 3 nights a week.

The trail was pretty steep with lots of rock stairs between Vernazza and MonteRosso. My quads are a bit sore.
