Thought Kavanagh was high on his own authority for most of the match, so Adli deliberately running into Gabriel and looking for a pen was probably treated as a classic of the 'wasting your own time' genre.

I've only seen it once but had a decent view from that end and it looked like he was coming on to it but got shouldered off it at last moment. Possibly needs to be more aware / ready for contact but I think he was alert to the cross itself.

Just a quick one from Pedant's Corner... the description of Saka's goal should be more along the lines of "although Kelleher got two hands on the shot" than "although the shot was saved", given that it still went in with no other touches. Sorry 😊
