As long as you avoid the chains, there's a lot of good pizza of various styles, but you're gonna pay much more than domino's etc.

Does Premiere Pro have an automatic audio to text conversion? DaVinci Resolve will do that, and then you can actually edit the video by deleting lines of text and it deletes the associated audio/video recording as well. It's very handy for finding places where you misspeak and editing them out

Takes a little fussing to figure out the controls but it's not too hard, and then you can convert to an mp3 file really easily

If you've never tried it, I highly recommend OBS Studio if you want to do a screen capture recording of lecture slides.
