My bicep tendon was partially torn. Connection is supposed to be 1.5cm but I was done to 2mm. Took 3 months before I could put any weight on it. Now lifting 35lbs is tolerable, 70 not so much.

Do what PT tells you to do. The homework is worth it and will only speed your recovery.

Be patient. Doc might have given you a timeline on recovery. I'm 47 weeks into a 52 week recovery from shoulder surgery and my doctor is happier about my progress than I am. Takes time and work together back to normal.

Too early and too many roster changes to panic. D pairings need time to gel. Goalies figure that out after pairings gel.
