And in time it took Spain to build largest high speed rail network in Europe, UK managed to complete 67km of high speed track & billions on its 2nd line that goes from nowhere to nowhere & still isn't finished!

Moral of story is boasting being best globally doesn't cut it if no delivery in reality.
