I’m in a similar situation, I am now living in Aix en Provence, and we have been accepted into the Safe Place For Science program at @univ-amu.fr I feel there was quite a bit of interest from US media - however we turned down multiple interview requests.

Fair point. And my quote in the article is about that exactly. (I calculate that emissions from dairy are equal to those of the coffee for a cappuccino.). I opted to focus my post on the point that there are more important levers.
