Four Gateway Center (Citizens Bank) is a true mid-century Pennsylvania creation, completed in 1960 from products mostly from the state's factories and mills. I have to imagine that there is a certain similarity between floating down the Chicago River, tightly surrounded by towering walls of glass and steel, and drifting downstream in a raft on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.
