I’ve lost a lot of definition in my body since I started this journey, and I’d normally be embarrassed to show it, but this is what a fighting body looks like! I force myself to eat as much good stuff as possible to have enough fuel for the next round. Here’s to finishing round 6 today!

Nancy Mace faking an assault, then comically forgetting to switch to her “burner account” to add a fake witness, is just an example of how bad they are at this. Yet the base, knowing it’s fake, doesn’t really care. They want the rage machine dopamine hit, real or imagined. They’re addicted to it.

I made a painting using hand drawn and cut stencils, spray paint and invisible UV paint. I think it’s time to start making art again. You do y’all think?
