Rule 8/100 - Exercise Regularly

When I exercise regularly I;
- feel better
- think clearer
- have more energy
- look better

- sleep better
- manage stress better

The list could go on and on. The easiest way to exercise is to take make it fun. Take up a physically active hobby.

Rule 7/100 - Be Kind

There isn’t one incident of conflict or confrontation in my life that wouldn’t have had a better outcome if I were more kind. So that’s what I’m aiming to be from now on. Kind.

Rule 6/100 - Assume the best of people always

Rule 5/100 - Only seek advice from someone who has done what you’re trying to do.

Rule 3/100 - Surrender to Desire in work

If you don’t have a burning desire to be the best that you can possibly be in your choice of work, do something else.
It works out better in the long term because VERY FEW people are truely doing what they want. You will outlast others and achieve more

Rule 2/100 Understand Compound Interest

Compound interest is a LAW not exclusive to money. It applies to everything. Relationships, work, skills, health, EVERYTHING. Wherever you're putting your time and energy daily, it will pay you back. Very slowly to start with, but exponentially over time.

Rule 1/100 - Don’t get ready, get going

When you’re about to do something scary, know that the longer you leave it, the greater the fear becomes. Minimise the time it takes between deciding and executing.
