Enjoyed visiting the Midlands Racehorse Rehabilitation centre in Worcester run by Amanda Mills and her team. Great listening to how they prepare racehorses for “civilian life” once their racing careers have come to an end. I even made friends with one of the residents.

Flying visit to London. Had a mooch around Chinatown and the National Portrait Gallery, then me & Mrs C went to see the very funny Flo and Joan’s new show. If you haven’t heard of them, do go check them out.
