The past few weeks have been a bit sad and filled with anxiety. Today I really felt really lonely and treated my boy for breakfast. As it’s Valentine’s Day tomorrow, I reminded myself that’s it’s ok to be lonely and things happen for a reason.

I finally done the impossible. I’ve lost 30kg. In May I thought i couldn’t do it. I thought I would have been too fat, it would take too long and it wasn’t something I wanted to do. I wanted a quick fix. I stuck to it and the weight just dropped off without starving myself.
