I'd love to see it, but I'm not sure he's the guy that'll do it.

To be fair to Albertans, there were a bunch of ridings especially in Edmonton where vote splitting resulted in Cons winning. It'll be interesting to see what happens in the next provincial election.

Generally this is correct, yes. There are some factors that result in some variation based on the electoral officer in the riding, I believe.
