There is something uniquely unsettling about Wind Waker's ReDeads compared to those in other games. The way their eyes glow and their faces animate when they shriek fills me with a terror that other, more scarily designed ReDeads fail to achieve.

Vaati is the quintessential Zelda boss, consisting almost exclusively of one giant eye.
Zant deserved better in Twilight Princess. Including Ganondorf in the game after building Zant up so well was a mistake.
Ganondorf in the TP manga is top tier, though.

Each of these would have their own unique mechanics from the main game and perhaps give bonuses to Link in the main game. (9/10)

UNFREEZE ZORA'S DOMAIN.
There's no reason why Zora's Domain needs to remain frozen after clearing the Water Temple. Heck, how does Lake Hylia even fill back up when the source at the top of the river is still frozen?! (6/10)

Add Temples of Wind and Light. Never sat right with me that we get the Light Medallion for free. There's plenty of extra lore to explore with each dungeon, as well.

As for Kasuto, considering the town is hidden in TAoL, I can best see such a character being tied to the Lens of Truth. Perhaps, Kasuto invented the Lens of Truth and lingers as a shadow? Have Kasuto give us a deep dive into Hyrule's dark past referenced so much in the Shadow Temple. (4/10)
