What a beautiful morning for a run! I’m feeling really motivated for my training ahead of going solo at Endure 24! 100 miles here we come!

Another hive mind entry for the GridRival’s own league. I’ll stick with this strategy and see how the masses perform

Next up is my #GridRival #FantasyF1 team. This is my entry to The Race’s league. Not a great showing for the week, but some promise. This is my first time trying this so getting to grips with the contract system will be new to me. 805 points last race.

Continuing my #FantasyF1 chat; team 3 (also forged this week). Time for Lando to lead a team. Antonelli is the real deal and could do well. Sainz should have a better weekend and I hope Tsunoda and Hulkenberg have momentum. Kick don’t look as dire as expected. Alpine and Williams look good as well

I’ve actually only just created my #FantasyF1 team 2 this week. I’m sticking to my guns that Piastri is undervalued, but going all in on Williams and Racing Bulls. They looked strong in Australia, and hopefully can repeat this in China. Doohan was rapid in the Alpine so takes my 5th slot.

It’s tempting to use the extra £2m I have to swap Hadjar for Hulkenberg, but I’m going to stick with the hive mind philosophy for now for my remaining drivers. For consistency any changes will be made at the end of Friday each weekend.

I’m taking a moment to review my #FantasyF1 teams ahead of the Chinese GP. I feel that Piastri is undervalued this year, so chose him as my lead driver. The rest of the team and constructors were built around the “hive mind”, choosing the most picked drivers. A painful weekend.

Went for a glorious run in the trails under the night sky. Winter can be such a great time for #running

My favourite thing about having a Library card is the digital magazine subscriptions - Runners World being a particular highlight!

Every year I take part in my daughter’s school’s parent and staff cross country. I’ve never won it until today 😁
