2/2 use techniques & needle type.If you are scared of needles I have teishin needles that do not penetrate the skin.I use regular acupuncture needles that pierce the skin (Japanese needling),blood let (if appropriate),moxa(either on the needle or directly on the body).Tuina massage is another option

2nd & 3rd photographs are Druid staff made from willow tree(about 18 years ago).I found it on the bank of the river close to the village I grew up in.I carved a snake(an adder)with the bark & burnt the zigzag markings of the adder into bark
