Every library I've worked at is hopping between 7 and close. It's always hard to convince everyone to go home.

That's an incredible skill. I'm like that with books, and have admonished the use of algorithms for book recommendations with sites like Amazon and Goodreads, which really just give you titles that are clones of what you've already read.

You could block sports as a word. Do you think there's some magical algorithm that'll know Vikings vs ravens is a sports post?

I think the most important thing I learned about it is to not equate creativity with external reward. Let the creativity itself be the reward, otherwise we teach students to repeat the same behaviour in hopes for the reward.
