Yesterday I felt like a train had run me over. Aches, pains, labored breathing, runny nose, etc. So I took some leftover prednisone, and slept for 11hrs. Much better today, just a bit weak, but in the mend.

Just came back from the No Kings Rally, in Crystal Lake IL. It was great to have so many folks show up! Some wonderful signs, people socializing, a bit of chanting, and mainly giving each other hope!
