Debut fantasy author of the Recovery Series, seeking representation. D&D fanatic, husband, father to humans and dogs, and overall hyper-focuser who operates on caffeine and spite.
Well the bitch of it is that the house is still out of session. A thing they have intentionally been doing to prevent needing to swear in Adelita, which would give the votes needed on the Epstein files. So even if this passes Senate, it still won’t progress.

I grew up in a military town where people constantly came and went, all 18 childhood years, and was never asked this question. In fact the question was always the other way around for the Mil-kids having to move all the time.

I’ve told several people recently this is how I feel when I think back to what initially got me into writing, which was discovering - while in middle school - that Christopher Paolini managed to publish Eragon (and develop multiple fantasy languages) as a minor. That was life changing.

I haven’t been able to make it to a write-in yet, and just in case that continues prove true, here’s mine!

Depends on the day! With my day job, I don’t typically get the chance to write until the evening hours, at which point I would prefer a couple fingers of Writer’s Tears whisky to calm down the brain noise.

Define short? I would consider most Freida McFadden to be short if you’re into thrillers.

The medical misogyny is so real. My wife only just got her adenomyosis diagnosed and treated (hysterectomy) this year after 13 years of us trying to get doctors to listen to the fact that existence was agony. And even then, they wouldn’t do it without my sign off, like my word somehow mattered here.

Honestly the swooniest thing I’ve seen recently was just season 6 of Virgin River and I wouldn’t even call that swoony. I’ve been binging Supernatural for the 4th time before the contract with Netflix runs out end of year.
