I'm currently suffering from a shitty sinus infection and this thread made my day. It also reminded me of being a teen in the 90s and that obsession with just knowing very specific info for some inane reason that is only special to you.

It's an absolute joke, isn't it? It's even more galling when you have the exact skillset they're looking for and they don't even reply back and then you see the job posted again not long after.

Yep this is me right now. Came back to the UK after 6 years living abroad, quitting a well paid job with good security and employer provided apartment because I wasn't happy with what I was doing. In 6 months I've been given two interviews, they never got back to me. I won't lie I've felt suicidal.

I disagree. He's been cosplaying for years and created the "Reverend" persona when he worked for GB News. He hasn't been exploited by the far right, he's been exploiting them for years when realised grifting to a specificsection of society paid good money.

I agree, but i guess if you're not really a power user and if you're like me, who as a teacher only really uses Word and PowerPoint, then old versions still work fine.

I'm still using Office 2013 that I got for £15 when I used to work for the civil service and never deleted after I left because why would I? I still see no major differences between it and Office 365.
