When your local offers their own made beer (8 different types) for £3.80 a pint, it would be rude not to! Also, a friendly crowd and a fun landlord.....winner!

A good productive day, finished off with the friendly regular grilling by my financial advisor to plan ahead for the future. Now off to see dad and see if I can see why his laptop is misbehaving.

My heart is full after catching up with some old friends from London. Just a shame I had to hear home this evening as could have talked to them for hours. Just shows once things settle down, I need to get out more.

So this week i committed to myself to do do more exercise in addition to walking and found that I am really enjoying Tai Chi. Every day this week so far for at least 15 mins...its a start and my arms know they had some activity!

Took dad out for lunch today, goodness at first he was such a grump! Hopefully mellowed him out and maybe even cheered him up a bit by the time I dropped him off home.

Got to admit i think I am totally burnt out today. I absolutely adored my walk, as I didn't take my phone and got to get away from it all for a good 40 mins. Hopefully a bit of a reset, so I can be productive on my day off tomorrow.

Productive day today and had the pleasure of putting something into a real live auction for the first time ever. Great service there. It's on 10th December and online and in person, so guess I'll be glued to my screen to see how much it goes for!
