This approach allows us to ruthlessly prioritize, acknowledging that we will actively *choose* things we won't get done. This helps us avoid "moving 10 things forward 10%" over a work period, and instead push to "finish 3 things that unblocks the next round of decisions." 🍵

Once we've established clear goals and targets as a team, we encourage every member to consider: 1) what *must* be done? 2) what are the things only you can do? 3) what is the thing that's *not* getting done if you choose to do this particular thing in front of you? /2

Our 1st game takes players to worlds both new and familiar, where they are free to explore and push the boundaries of what is possible, and where their actions directly change the course of the story. (It's not an MMO, and that's on purpose-- though we love those too!)
