There's no special reason that our moon should be the right size and distance to totally eclipse our sun. It could well be relatively rare for this to happen in a solar system, and so might put ours "on the map" for any passing aliens.

Hope it went well! I have enjoyed reading Drizzle, and I'm hoping I'll get a chance to run it next year. Looks like there are a few books (another adventure and a sourcebook?) that aren't available in PDF yet; do you have plans to release them? :)

Tian Xia pulled me in! A setting seemingly full of so many ideas that are new and exciting to me, but which also resonate with so many people around the world. Zi Ha and the Samsarans are my favourite.
