If you actually look at when they COULD have had one we were down a senator beside they were going through surgery and recovering and also a special election for an empty seat came to late. Research first Dems never had a true supermajority.

As a policy writer we are just because we aren't hitting the streets and insurrecting like MAGA don't think things behind the scenes are getting done that we can. They hold even faucet of power there is only so much we on the left can do. Hit the streets and protest you can do something so do it.

I really don't think you know how this process works when one nobody on the dem side got out to vote and the Gaza puritans decided to vote Trump or Jill. There won't be power. Even so remember SCOTUS is in the hands of Trump. There is no power for Dems except state level.

Democratic AGs and Governors have filed motions to courts they are the only ones who can currently. They voted in committee to advance RFK yes but no Dem voted for him. They are going to protest some in the senate that is on the agenda for RGK Kash and Tulsi. Yet they can only hold for so long.
