This is now the 7th month I have spent trying to get this resolved and honestly cannot take anymore. How are these lying thieves allowed to operate and steal from us like this? it’s not right.

Travel Agent say I need to contact BA who are accepting no responsibility told me I need to get in touch with aer lingus to provide reason why they did not allow me to board. AerLingus customer service are lying to me every day as not one person has contacted me.

Why the check in agent did not allow to board the flight we have paid for. Also have an open complaint, several GDPR Subject Access Requests ignored no call back from any supervisor or anyone dealing with complaint.

She was also on my phone to the travel agent while we were at airport did not give us any other option to board the flight &ran away to departure gate and left us standing after trying to get on our flight . had several promises of manager callback to answer a question.

Aer Lingus have totally robbed me. Did not allow us to board a flight from Glasgow toChicago for my 50th on 11 January. Swissport check in agent who did not allow us to board wouldn’t allow to get in the flight we paid for continued to serve people who came after us.
