It was kind of funny that Doug just "canceled" his order, so to speak, and didn't know Dougie was his for a while. I remember little Hope stealing a baby in the park after Robert took Dougie to Europe, because she missed Dougie.

I don't remember it and it doesn't seem like something she would do.

Doug and Hope called him Dougie when they mentioned him in the 80s. It was during that scene we saw today re the baby blanket (though the Dougie mention was cut out). #Days
