Tweeting constructive criticism at White House journalists. #BlackLivesMatter #Beyhive 🐝
The NYTimes article frustrated me because while aesthetics are subjective, the real issue with the house is it doesn’t add infill density to an area that sorely needs it. If I had to guess, I’d say the house will not sell and they may have to split it into 2 condos.

But there isn’t enough reasonable variety of homes of different sizes available in this area. The corner would be better served (and also arguably more profitable for the developer) if they had put condos or luxury rentals there for more people. As proof the house has already had a major price cut.

The issue here is that this is a very desirable corner with enough square footage space for 6-8 apartments that would sell or rent quickly, but instead they built a $5 mansion that has sat unsold for weeks.

This is revisionist history because when Democrats try to shape media attention to policy, the media largely ignores is. In 2022, major outlets chose not to air a major Biden speech on democracy. You mean to say the next Dem nominee must do more to make journalists feel important which sadly is true

What’s the significance of starting at 2009?

Serena Williams easily on that list. Won major tournaments / reached Grand Slam finals across 4 decades. Her career head-to-head record against other top players she supposedly had “rivalries” with is the most lopsided in the entire sport.

Signs you might be a far white authoritarian party (#3138):
New, from me:

Trump is whitewashing American history, removing not just people, but also the stories, images, and values to anyone who does not conform to his impoverished vision of America.

Here is a partial inventory. 🧵
