I find myself caring more for the forest and the creatures that inhabit the forest. Probably because the forest and the forest creatures don't spend their waking hours contemplating on how to harm my family and I. I want to take my family and disappear into the forest realm where we'll be safe.

I was trying to sneak up on a pair of Sandhill Cranes in the backyard. They're sharp eyed, they can pick out the slightest movement. They spotted me turning my head and instantly reacted.

Had to put a feeder out for this guy to keep him from climbing up into the other bird feeders. Raccoons don't listen like the bears do. You can tell them no and they do it anyway, right in front of us. They act like my cat's.

Fact; this bear is safer to be around than humans, even on his crumpy days. I was sitting on the step about 10 ft away. He wanted to eat the seeds in the bird trays and I wouldn't let him.

The only place I want to be is in the forest. The forest is an extremely diverse place. The forest never rejects my diversity. I easily blend in with the diversity of nature because I am part of nature and I live according to my nature just as the forest lives according to it's natural nature.

My favorite place in our sanctuary, the sacred circle alter. Nature is my temple & vibrating in the same frequency as Mother Earth absorbed into the forest. Creating an unbreakable bond with the Goddess of the Forest. Strengthening my Pagan spirituality of my ancestors. Source of my peace.

I jumped back into the human realm to see what's happening. Yikes! I'm going back to the forest with my friends who understand that I'm actually part of nature and that I exist in my true nature, exactly the way it should be.

Been a few years since my partner and I have spent the day on a beach on lake Superior. Would love to do some rock hunting. Not that we need more rocks to haul home, we already have six 5 gal pails full, but it's fun thing to do.

I spent about 4 hrs sitting in the forest looking out at the pond. My thoughts were restricted to the forest and pond. Such a great way to clear and clean the mind.
