- Trying to grapple with the unending battle with feeling like an authentic writer. -

As we see the death of a community as impactful and widespread as this, it is important to remember that it was the people who built it, not the platform itself. All of us still exist and will find each other again somewhere new. That, they can never take away.

As a movement, we’ve been talking a LOT about how fascists gain power and snowball — for good reason.

But, I haven’t seen nearly enough talk about what it takes for them to fall and how to topple them early.

I think that shift in conversation is going to be really important in the coming years.
