Hungary is a signatory of the Rome Statute. So are all bordering nations. There is no way for the War Criminal Putin to attend a meeting without either being arrested, or cowardice on the part of European nations. I have no hope, however, that the ICC's arrest warrant will be executed.

The Department of Energy's target of $1 for 1kg of Hydrogen in 1 decade was always ambitious. Bringing in a climate change denier means this target has no chance. Even the decarbonization goal that's the most friendly to oil & gas now gets delayed by at least 4 years. We're in for a fun century...
